Die Casa del Gelsomino befindet sich in Ibla, im historischen Zentrum von Ragusa, in der bezaubernden Filmkulisse der berühmten Serie "Il commissario Montalbano".

In nur zwei Gehminuten erreichen Sie den Domplatz, der vom majestätischen Dom San Giorgio dominiert wird. Von hier aus können Sie die Hauptstraße von Ibla entlanggehen, die voller Adelspaläste und barocker Kirchen ist, die Ibla die Aufnahme in die World Heritage List ermöglicht haben.

Unser B&B befindet sich nach Ragusa Zentrum von Kunst und Kultur, in einem Ort reich an historischer und architektonischer Kulturdenkmäler, in einer ruhigen und panoramischen Umgebung, im Herzen der Stadt im Raum Ibla. "La Casa Del Gelsomino A Ragusa Ibla" ist ein zauberhafter und raffinierter Bau.

Very comfortable and clean. Host was exceptional, as were the breakfasts. Bedroom was a generous size, with nice en suite (only slight downside was the water temperature and pressure of the shower) however, the beautiful gardens/view, amazing breakfasts and ambiance of the whole place more than made up for that. From the booking stage to staying at the property it was a pleasure dealing with both sisters Carmela and Giovanna. Breakfast was always the highlight of each day to see what surprises Giovanna gave us, she is a true gem. My only complaint which I forgot to mention when I was there are the mosquitos around the pool area. Not sure how you would tackle them as they love water…. Bellissimo il giardino con le due terrazze, ove è possibile immergersi tra le acque della piscina naturale o di quella idromassaggio, mentre vi godete un panorama suggestivo sulla vallata di Ragusa Ibla in assoluto relax. L'accoglienza è stata eccellente! Il primo contatto è un messaggio in cui la proprietaria spiega tutte le istruzioni per il parcheggio. Una volta arrivati sul posto e varcata la porta, si viene pervasi da un senso di tranquillità. Questo è il posto perfetto per chi vuole prendersi dei giorni di pausa. La posizione è ottima, in quanto si trova proprio dietro la piazza centrale. Per finire, la colazione è più che una semplice colazione, può essere considerata un percorso gastronomico. La struttura è nel pieno centro di Ragusa, con un bellissimo giardino interno, con vista sulla vallata, dotato di vasca idromassaggio e particolarissima piscina/idro. La camera era un po' piccola ma pulita e confortevole. If I could give this B&B more than a 10, I would do so. Giovanna and her staff are so nice. The breakfast is abundant In delicious food, tipical of the area. There is a beautiful garden where breakfast is served, overlooking the gorgeous view of Ragusa. There is a hot tub and also a soaking pool on the lower patio. Ottimo B&B con padrona gentilissima e colazione eccezionale sia per le squisitezze salate e dolci che per la cornice della zona colazione. Il B&B e in zona ZTL e si posteggia in una piazza raggiungibile in salita ma non abbiamo avuto problemi (se non per un "navigatore" innamorato delle strettoie) visto che la ZTL non era attiva. Il soggiorno alla Casa del Gelsomino mi rimarrà nel cuore. Al di là dell’organizzazione impeccabile, il posto è davvero incantevole, un giardino profumato e riservato, celato nel cuore di Ragusa Ibla, attrezzato di ogni comfort: vasca in pietra, con idromassaggio e amache sulle quali rilassarsi, vasca Jacuzzi riscaldata, patio per la colazione, con una vista panoramica mozzafiato. I miei complimenti alla signora Giovanna, per l’esperienza nella quale ci ha accompagnato. La colazione è un viaggio sensoriale: salumi e formaggi del posto, pane cunzato e ricotta calda da accompagnare col miele, che arriva ogni mattina da un allevamento locale. E che dire della crema al pistacchio fatta da Giovanna? Marmellate al mandarino, ai gelsi, ai fichi, frutta fresca, spremute, cornetti, bevande calde etc. dopo tutto questo ben di Dio viene servito un dolce a sorpresa, ogni giorno differente, Noi abbiamo assaggiato la cassatina ricotta e cioccolato su fondo di frolla e questa mattina, una spettacolare granita al caffè, con panna, accompagnata dalla classica brioche. This property is in a great location right in the center of Ragusa Ibla, just a two minute walk from the cathedral of San Giorgio. Giovanna was the most wonderful host we had the pleasure of knowing during our 21 days in Sicily. La Casa del Gelsomino is an expression of her kindness, love, care and eye for quality. Oltre le aspettative! Ho valutato 10 tutti gli aspetti relativi alla struttura posizione, pulizia ecc ma per la colazione avrei dato 100! Sublime, prodotti freschi ogni mattina, dalla ricotta calda alla crema di pistacchio e ai dolci fatti in casa. Super super super! La piscina è una vera oasi di relax. In centro città poi, ancora più apprezzata. Le foto non rendono al meglio quanto è fantastica. Posizione eccezionale, in centro storico di ibla. Siamo tornati in questo b&b dopo esserci stati qualche anno fa ed è stato ancora più bello! Se fosse stato possibile avrei dato anche la lode. La casa del gelsomino è veramente un luogo speciale. Carmela e Lisa delle padrone di casa carinissime che ci hanno accolto con calore e cortesia. La struttura, che è il situata in un’ottima posizione a pochi passi da piazza del Duomo, è molto curata e la pulizia ottima.
