We are situated in the historical centre of Palermo on Via Nicolò Turrisi, 38/b.

From this central location, you can easily reach the Massimo and the Politeama theatre by foot.

Ho soggiornato con mia sorella di recente in questa struttura e oltre a poter confermare l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo devo aggiungere che il gestore è accogliente, gentile, disponibile, accorto a qualsiasi bisogno. Infatti dato il clima caldo della città e della stagione abbiamo trovato ogni mattina una bottiglia d'acqua disponibile nella nostra camera. Abbiamo soggiornato al Kemonia dal 3 all'11 agosto. Il gestore, Riccardo, è stato gentilissimo, e disponibilissimo ad esaudire ogni richiesta ed esigenza. L'atmosfera è stata confortevole e familiare al massimo. I cornetti della colazione erano caldi di pasticceria, e marmellate e yogurt seguivano ogni mattina le nostre preferenze. La posizione del B&B è comodissima per raggiungere il centro storico: letteralmente a due passi dal mercato del Capo, in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Cattedrale. Consigliatissimo.
