Ho prenotato per i miei Genitori e sono rimasti soddifattissimi! Ben servito dai mezzi con fermata Alibus davanti la struttura, posizione nella via principale della città e gestore disponibile che ha consigliato loro anche un ottimo ristorante per la cena a base di pesce freschissimo! La camera aveva il balcone proprio sulla strada via Etnea dove passava il giro d'Italia quindi per mio padre, soggiorno perfetto! B&B molto carino, postazione ottima, personale qualificato è molto disponibile, l'unica pecca è il bar per la colazione, sarebbe meglio fare una convenzione con un altro bar perché se trattano i vostri ospiti come hanno trattato noi 4 è davvero di pessimo gusto ! il personale è stato sgarbatissimo negativissimo il rapporto con il cliente, uno in particolare è un super razzista in tutti i sensi ! consiglio questo b&b assolutamente l'unico consiglio è cambiare bar! This B&B had a good location and the host and service was good. Regarding Payment: In the booking conditions it said that the Municipal tax was included in the the room rates, however when paying the host charged me 4 EUR in municipal tax per day, totally 44 EUR. That was not as agreed when booking and as such most unsatisfactory.

La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta, molto vicina al centro ma in una strada non trafficata. La cura degli ambienti è ottima, letti comodi, spazi ampi, stanze e bagno pulitissimi. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Translate this text
