The Holiday Apartment Irminio Garden is a typical Sicilian stone house, immersed in the green of the characteristic countryside of Ragusa but, at the same time, just 2 km from the historic "baroque" center of Ragusa Ibla (UNESCO heritage), reachable on foot. in 5-10 minutes thanks to the old Byzantine stairs. .
It is structured in three large and autonomous apartments.
The wooden COTTAGE: open space studio apartment with sofa / bed, mini kitchen, bathroom with chromotherapy, shower and services. Possibility to add a cot. Max 3 seats
L 'ATTICO: two-room apartment with double room, open-plan living room with comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen complete with crockery and electric oven, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with chromotherapy, shower, toilet and washing machine.

The house has three comfortable verandas, a garden with barbecue and a large free private parking; it is surrounded by lush fruit trees, plants and flowers of various kinds. Its particular location, a few steps from the river Irminio, a particularly quiet area, makes it ideal for walks along the banks of the river and, for the more adventurous, trekking in the nearby mountains.

Moving a few km you can visit the Santa Rosalia dam and taste the typical local dishes in the various farmhouses in the area.

Hi, my name is Luca and as my main job I am a nurse at the Ragusa hospital. Together with my wife Desiree and my two children we live in this beautiful location, where the IRMINIO GARDEN holiday home we rent is located.
The house, surrounded by nature, has recently been renovated and with the occasion we have adapted to the environment.
in fact, today, ours is a totally green house as we have:
- photovoltaic panels that produce and store electricity
- thermal solar panels to heat the sanitary water
- wood-burning fireplace for heating in winter with radiators.
In short, all energy produced naturally.
We are lovers of nature and animals and I in particular, having a lot of land, I love to grow any type of vegetables and also forage that we use for our diet and to feed some animals that I raise for family consumption, as we are of the idea that everything is now "poisoned".
We therefore wanted to share and make our experiences and our way of life available to many people, thus deciding to rent our apartments.
In fact, for us it is, in addition to being a small source of income, a real pleasure to be able to make known and, in a certain way, to pass on our uses through our "experiences".
Our main experiences to share with guests are:
- every week we make bread with our local flour and in our artisan stone oven; we knead and give the shapes and then bake it. We also make buns of all kinds and biscuits.
-possibility to grow anything from sowing to harvesting and tasting.
Yes, up to the tasting as we also do "home restaurants" that is everything that is produced by us / you can then be tasted and consumed with us.
We are therefore eager to meet new people, not for this reason we live here on site in such a way that we can make ourselves available to all our customers.
