One of the main attractions of the center of Palermo is undoubtedly the Capo Market, a place where the aromas and flavors of Sicily blend in a unique sensory experience. Here you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, and fish, as well as handicrafts and typical souvenirs of the region.

Near the market, you will find the Teatro Massimo, one of the largest and most prestigious opera houses in Europe, as well as the famous Cathedral of Palermo with its impressive Norman Gothic facade.

The nightlife of the center of Palermo is lively and animated, with numerous entertainment and fun options for all tastes. Moreover, if you are interested in culture and history, the city offers many opportunities for guided tours of museums, art galleries, and archaeological sites.

We have two apartments in the city center, next to the most interesting places in Palermo: old town, most important streets, museums, theater, cinemas, mall shops, churches. You can even reach Mondello beach with a public bus. Recently restored and furnished apartments to spend your holydays in relax. We can accomodate 5-6 people for short/medium/long period.

My house junior apartment: Located in via Francesco Padovani 27, consist of living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower box, double bedroom and single bedroom. It is completely furnished with linens, bath towels, pots and crockery, air conditioned, tv, fridge, washing machine, free wifi. The flat is located in the heart of Palermo and is very next to Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama. 500mt from “Lolli” metropolitan station and 50mt from Piazza Principe di Camporeale where you can find bus station. From there you can reach the most interesting places in town, even Mondello beach. Others services near home: Restaurants, Pizzerie, gastronomy, post office, supermarket, medical guard, pharmacy, tobacconist, gas stations, hospital clinics. Free parking in the street or private parking 50mt far away from the flat. You can easily reach several hospital clinics like Noto, Demma, Orestano, Torino, Macchiarella and Eleonora. Great position to visit the city by walking!

My house elegant apartment: Located in via Cataldo Parisio 48. Bright apartment in a modern and noble mansion. Second floor with porter and elevator. Consist of: living room, 2 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with veranda, little storage room. Furnished with furniture, air conditioned, television, washing machine, fridge and free wifi. You will also find linens, bath towels, pots and crockery. The apartment is 10minutes far away from Notarbartolo station and Lolli Station. Other services you can reach from home by walking: Restaurants, Pizzerie, gastronomy, post office, supermarket, medical guard, pharmacy, tobacconist, gas stations, hospital clinics and the Faculty of Law of Lumsa University. You can find a bus station 100mt far away. Free parking on the streets. Ideal solutions for couples and family up to 6 members.
