I have stayed at this b&b twice now, and on each occasion I had a very pleasant stay. It is well located and easy to get to. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The coffee at breakfast is very good.

Una struttura piccola, ma di qualità, in un palazzo primo Novecento, ristrutturato bene e in modo funzionale, stanze ampie e pulite, come i bagni; gestione efficiente, gentile e disponibile, a pochi metri da Pz. borgo e dalla parte alta di Via Etnea; a poche centinaia di metri dalla Villa Bellini e, con una passeggiata si arriva al Duomo e al mercato del pesce.

Sergio è una persona molto disponibile e la struttura davvero bella e confortevole, in centro storico ma senza però trovarsi dentro il frastuono cittadino. Sicuramente un posto in cui viene voglia di tornare. La zona in cui si trova la casa è ideale per spostarsi a piedi, senza auto.

This property is excellent as is the host. However, it was a bit far for me to walk to the main area of Catania, but when I found out where the Metropolitana was then I used that to cut down on walking time. I’m elderly so younger people perhaps wouldn’t bother about this.

B&B davvero pulito e confortevole, piuttosto comodo logisticamente, poiché sito sulla Via Etnea, l'arteria che attraversa Catania da N a S, quindi percorrendola si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti. Sergio il proprietario è una persona disponibilissima e molto gentile: prodigo di informazioni di ogni tipo! Bravo! Molto consigliato!
