What is 3 km from Noto, where they can spend marvelous days of taking a relaxing picnic in direct contact with nature, enjoying all our organic products typical of the season such as:

Mulberry trees, oranges, mandarins, figs, Indian figs, lemons, apricots, plums, peaches, almonds and even, Locust beans, blueberries and berries similar to small knobs which here are called "Insalori".

In the summer you can also find the vegetables grown by the owner as peppers, eggplant, onions, peppers and tomatoes and have the opportunity to make tasty salads, served with our tasty and fragrant extra virgin olive oil, oregano our, our capers and our black olives.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo prenotato in occasione del B&Bday, per due notti. Che dire, tutto spettacolare: dall'accoglienza della proprietaria Ambra, gentile e super disponibile, alla colazione che offriva anche prodotti tipicamente siciliani come mandorle, marmellate fatte in casa e un ottimo amaro al carrubo! Per finire siamo stati in ottima compagnia (la gatta Titilla è stata un ottima padrona di casa!) e ci è stata data anche la possibilità di goderci un po' di sole nella terrazza al piano superiore. Sehr schönes Bed an Breakfast am Rande des Zentrums. Herausragend sind zum einen das üppige, mit selbstgemachten Speisen gespickte Frühstück, und zum anderen die extrem umfangreichen Ausflugstipps. Die Inhaberin nimmt sich bestimmt eine Stunde morgens Zeit, jedem Gast ausführlich zu erklären, wie man einen gewünschten Ausflug am besten angeht, wo man parkt, was es kostet, etc. Super hilfreich! Ambra è un'ospite fantastica: sempre sorridente e disponibile, ti fa sentire come fossi l'amico che aspettava da tempo. La struttura è vicina al centro di Noto e dalla terrazza si gode un fantastico panorama. Una nota a parte va doverosamente alla colazione, preparata e servita da Irene (gentilissima, sorridente e sempre disposta a venire incontro alle diverse richieste): è incredibile! Si spazia dal salato al dolce, tutto freschissimo e biologico, con l'aggiunta di un pensiero rivolto anche alla salute degli ospiti, con l'"overture" data dal succo di carrube (ovviamente anch'esso biologico e di produzione familiare). Appena arrivati in questa struttura abbiamo subito capito che ci saremmo trovati benissimo. La titolare Ambra accoglie i suoi ospiti con sincero calore, gioia, ospitalità, professionalità, simpatia, disponibilità. Ci ha subito spiegato come muoversi a Noto (Corso Vittorio Emanuele raggiungibile in 3 minuti con l'auto, parcheggio comodo) e suggerito degli itinerari che ci hanno consentito di ottimizzare i tempi e arricchire la nostra vacanza. Per quanto riguarda il cibo si inizia con una colazione super abbondante che comprende il mitico sciroppo di carruba di loro produzione (ipercalorico, ottimo per cominciare bene la giornata), spremuta delle loro arance, le loro marmellate, pane cunzato fatto da loro, uova sode, affettato e formaggio, pomodorini, ottimo pane, ottime brioches, frutta fresca, forse dimentico qualcosa, c'era di tutto. Per le nostre cene sono stati ottimi i consigli di Ambra che ci ha sempre ben indirizzato, anche fuori Noto. La struttura non è nuova ma è molto ben tenuta ed assolutamente pulita. Le camere spaziose e dotate di tutti gli accessori indispensabili in vacanza (asciugacapelli degno di questo nome). Non so se riusciremo a ritornarci (ma, mai dire mai) di sicuro faremo una pubblicità strabiliante a questa struttura e alla cara Ambra e qualche nostro amico prima o poi capiterà. Grazie Ambra. I have never stayed at a B&B so well run and so clean. Service was exceptional and a guest did not require anything else. Ambra, her dad and the associates were helpful..they did not miss anything. I got a parking ticket one night and Ambra took care of it for me. I left a necklace in my room and Ambra is sending it to my family. It is incredible that of all places that I have traveled to around the world and have stayed at luxury hotels, this has to be the best experience I have had. I was Director of Sales for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, a part of the Leading Hotels of the World for the US and I can attest that the service received at AMBRA could belong to that group. Ambra ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin in einem sehr individuellen Bed+Breakfast-Hotel. Sie und Ihr hervorragendes Team haben uns den Urlaub mit vielen Kleinig- und Großartigkeiten sehr verschönt. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist vorzüglich und die Aussicht auf die Stadt von der Dachterrasse fast nicht zu übertreffen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber überaus nett und der (sicherlich gewollte) "Mangel" an Luxus wird durch Herzlichkeit mehr als kompensiert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft AMBRA in Noto von Herzen weiter und kommen, falls wir in der Nähe noch einmal Station machen sollten, sehr gerne wieder. Heike und Holger, Berlin Deutschland.
