NB: Breakfast always included, if between 8:00 and 10:00 am, at the time or at a Bar or Chioschetto under the house, by the sea, in the summer, and at any time.
Conventions and offers many mutual of area with bar and even with pizzerias, restaurants, eateries, all very close to our house, for dinner - lunch with service even at home and discounts from 5 to 15%, only for our clients and for all year.
Additional discounts for comitive, families, stays if booked well in advance.
Possibility of rooms with kitchen and fridge private and / or use of kitchen in town, prior agreements with direction.
SEASON: From October 1 to May 31, 30€ per day, single room, €50 twin / double room. Possibility of discount on single room, if only with outside bathroom and / or shared and the 8th night onwards.
MID SEASON: From June 1 to 30 and September 1 to 30, 30€ per day, single room - 60€ double.
NB: They are priced out as Mid Season also holidays: (November 1 - 08, 25 and December 26 - 01 and January 6 and + Easter Easter Monday) and from 2 days before the holiday.
HIGH SEASON: From 01 July to 31 August, 38€ per day single room - 75€ double / double.
Double single use: additional 10€ in more than a day, compared to the single.
Children under 4 years free.
Children Between 5 and 12 Years Discount 50% (if they sleep in the same room as their parents, or the discount is made to the second largest child, if they occupy a second bedroom).
BED EURO 20,00 A DAY * (if in the same room).
Three children pay as adults 2 * (if in the same room).
Only small and medium size and / or cats or other small pets, caged or otherwise meek and always on a leash, 5€ / day.
Large dogs or restless staying inside the kennel on the outside, in the garden 10€ / day.
Confidential and free parking for cars, motorcycles and cycles and only for the first day of the customer, the following will pay 2.50€ / day for each vehicle kept in;
4€ / day for vans and medium size.
Check in from 14:30, check out until 10:00.
And possible to postpone the check out or early check in, after agreements with the management.
Prepayment / at check in.
For stays longer than 2 nights, or otherwise booked more than 7 days before check in, is required to pay a down payment of at least 30-50% of the total, or at the discretion of the owner.
Possibility of discounts up 2. 50 euro per person per day, only for those who pay in advance the whole stay (at least 60 days before and only for the high season).
Possibility of payments divided in small monthly installments and until a few months before your check in, without any interest.
Possibility of discounts for waiver of one or even all, of the following optionals: Climate / TV / Breakfast.
- 1 optional: - 2€ discount per room per day
- 2 optional: - 3€ discount per room per day
- 3 options: - 5€ discount per room per day.
For the off-season discounts will be made only in cases of long stay or at the discretion of the Management.
NB: And welcome always a telephone notice a few hours before your arrival in office, especially if delayed (even with a text message or whatsapp) or otherwise to comply with the time previously communicated to us at the time of booking, so that we find in place on your arrival and you avoid waiting.
