Ottima struttura, situata al centro della città, comoda da raggiungere anche tramite i mezzi pubblici, la stanza e gli spazi in comune si presentano ordinati e puliti, dotati di ogni confort essenziale, in particolare la suite da noi scelta ha a disposizione degli ospiti una vasca idromassaggio con vista sulla Madonnina del porto e un comodo balcone esterno, unica nota comunicata al gestore da implementare nella stanza, la possibilità di servirsi di doppi cuscini in quanto la stanza ne è sprovvista, presente infatti solamente solo un cuscino a persona abbastanza sottile e specie nella suite è assolutamente indispensabile dare la possibilità agli ospiti di poter usufruire eventualmente se lo desiderano di un doppio appoggio per poter godere appieno di un riposo/confort all'altezza dei costi affrontati e della stanza scelta. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo, punti di forza senza alcun dubbio la posizione, la comodità, la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff, con qualche piccola miglioria (doppi cuscini, detergente intimo specifico per il bagno (presenti solo dispenser di sapone generico in bagno) può sicuramente rappresentare una scelta vantaggiosa per soggiornare in tutto relax nella città. Nice place to stay for a few nights, great seaside location and not that far from a train station, which was important to us. The room was clean and the owner was helpful, kitchen appliances were in a good condition. Even though our room (Orione) was facing a busy street, it was quite silent at night.

The room was spotless and very quiet despite being on a busy street. It was exactly as advertised. Despite being 2 hours late, Marco met us and explained about the property and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. I would certainly stay here again if coming to Messina. Edwardo and Maria.

Anche se ho soggiornato per solo una notte ho apprezzato tantissimo questa struttura. Di particolare rilievo le camere nuove, arredate con gusto, molto pulite. Forse l'unico neo è che essendo su una strada trafficata è un pò rumorosa ma la notte non ho avuto nessun disturbo, in onestà. Great location, and great view from our little balcony. I regret not staying in Messina longer when such a room is available and there was so much there I didn't realise. Host was very friendly and helpful Check in was very easy.

Siamo stati tre notti ospiti di Marco nella stanza Scilla e Cariddi. Soggiorno ottimo, comfort, Wi-Fi perfetto, aria condizionata silenziosa. Camera vista mare. A piedi arrivi in pochi minuti al Duomo ed ai tanti ristoranti molto accoglienti della zona. Marco è davvero gentile e disponibile. Consigliato il soggiorno...molto meglio di un hotel.
