The check in was strange. The gentleman told that himself as an authority refuses to accept my European driving lessons as a valid document and requested my passport. Very awkward dude.
The room is clean. However if you try to shower or go to the toilet every 1 minutes the lights turn off and you need to get out of the shower 🚿 in order to make it work.
The room has a very strong smell of dust, construction dust heavy and it's not possible to breathe properly if the window is not open.
I struggle to breathe inside. It was OK. Although the breakfast is included inside the check in personal requested as to leave him money for each item inside of a jar, due to which we didn't use anything.
I can't say that he was professional nor friendly. It's OK properly but nothing to be excited about.

The keeper of this 3 bedroom appartement in the basement is very nice. He gave us the room at 22:30 after a call; -) Very clean, very good price/quality. Good Internet. Door of room is not noiseproof. Grazie!

B&B super consigliato. Praticamente a 2 passi da Piazza Cairoli, circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il proprietario è super disponibile e accogliente. La struttura è pulitissima e la camera non presenta alcun problema. Tutto perfetto.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Livio. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber mit neuem und modernem Badezimmer. Die Lage ist perfekt zentral, nur einige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum oder zum Bahnhof. Wir konnten problemlos unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag nach Check out im B&B lassen. Livio war unglaublich hilfsbereit und kann viel über das wahre Leben von Messina berichten. Es war fast als hätten wir einen Freund besucht, der uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Absolute Empfehlung!
