In the surroundings of our structure, it will be possible to find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.
In particular, we point out that a short distance away are the Cathedral of San Giorgio (140 m), the Cathedral of San Pietro (420 m), the Rock Church of San Nicolò Inferiore (550 m), the Castle of the Counts (400 m) and the Birthplace Museum of Salvatore Quasimodo (550 m).

Purtroppo io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso solo il weekend e dormito solo una notte a Modica. Ma questa bella struttura, pulita, comoda, rinnovata da poco, e che rispecchia l'animo fresco e cordiale della sua proprietaria Letizia, ci ha permesso di rilassarci e di immergerci nella vita di questa storica cittadina. Infatti si trova in prossimità di un parcheggio, della via dello shopping con svariati ristoranti, bar, cioccolaterie. A due passi dal famoso duomo di San Giorgio e dai tanti altri siti e monumenti. Una nota particolare merita il terrazzino dell'appartamento dal quale si gode un panorama davvero unico e suggestivo. Translate this text

My husband and I stayed 11 days in the appartment a Mecca - a perfect place in Modica in the historic part of the town and close to the vibrant city center. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful appartment where everything you need is available. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and spending time at the large terrace with the fantastic view of the old town. Modica has its own baroque beauties (must see) but it is also a perfect base for exploring the other baroque towns of Val di Noto. Thank you Letizia for being such a wonderful host. You and Vincenzo made our stay in the appartment and in Modica unforgettable.

We are Vincenzo and Letizia, the first born in Modica and the other adopted by the city.
After spending several years in the north of Italy, we recently decided to follow our hearts and move back to Modica to build a life that is more true to our interests and passions. Among these passions is hospitality and welcoming guests.
We are at the beginning, we still have a lot to learn, but also a lot of motivation and desire to accompany and make feel at ease all people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday and get to know and experience this city and this part of Sicily.
