How to get us.
From the harbour.
Just walk for 500 meters in direction to Politeama square. At the first cross after the traffic lights turn left to Wagner street. Via Belmonte is the first cross on the right.
From the station.
Catch the bus number 101, 102, 107 and get off at the bus stop "Roma-Belmonte". Via Belmonte is in front of the bus stop.
From the airport.
Catch the bus to the city centre (the only company running this service is "Prestia & Comandè". The ticket costs 6,10 euros) and get off at Piazza Politeama. Just walk 2 minutes to reach "Amélie".

Das ist ein liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtetes b&b in zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage . Für sightseeing ist das ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, in 5 Minuten spaziert man zum theatro massimo und befindet sich inmitten vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und der belebten zone voller netter Restaurants, Bars und Läden.
Angela ist eine sympathische, hilfreich und das Frühstück ist phantastisch. Es gibt sogar selbst gemachte Bäckerei. Man fühlt sich wie auf besuch bei Freunden. Darüber hinaus spricht sie noch perfekt deutsch.
Alles ist super sauber, das Bett ist sehr gut, es wird täglich geputzt und mein zimmer war so dass ich bei geöffnetem Fenster in Ruhe schlafen konnte.

Alles war perfekt.
Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, besonders das Selbstgebackene ist hervorzuheben.
Alles sehr liebevoll angerichtet und zubereitet.
Auch das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber.
Aufgrund der guten Lage war alles zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit Angela war hervorragend, sind hat uns wertvolle Infos gegeben.
Auch spricht sie sehr gut deutsch, was für uns sehr angenehm war.
Die morgendliche Gespräche beim Frühstück fanden wir toll.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni alla scoperta di Palermo, una sorpresa in quanto ad arte e cultura. Il soggiorno è stato reso ancora più piacevole dal b&b di Angela, un'host squisita. Ogni mattina ci ha deliziato con i suoi dolci homemade, sempre diversi.

La posizione è ottima per visitare tutto (monumenti e mercati) ma allo stesso tempo in una zona pedonale tranquilla e silenziosa. La struttura è ricavata in un condominio datato, collocato in pieno centro a Palermo in area pedonale, comodissimo per visitare a piedi tutta la città.
Per indisponibilità di posti auto adiacenti alla struttura, occorre parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio privato a circa 300m dalla struttura che costa 25€/giorno.
Il B&B si trova al 6° piano del condominio, provvisto di ascensore.
Le camere sono spaziose e ben pulite.
Angela è una host carinissima e molto gentile.
É presente la connessione wifi.
Ad ogni camera è associato un bagno ad uso esclusivo che però non è in camera, occorre uscire nel corridoio ed accedere quindi alla porta posta più o meno di fronte a quella della camera.
Le colazioni sono piuttosto abbondanti e sono composte di dolci fatti da Angela. Purtroppo, per me che sono un amante anche e soprattutto della colazione salata, è mancato qualcosa, ma si può sopravvivere per 3 giorni.
L'unico discomfort vero che abbiamo avuto è stata la difficoltà a dormire le prime 2 notti a causa della ingente presenza di zanzare. Questo non è colpa di nessuno ovviamente. La terza notte abbiamo attaccato alla corrente il fornelletto anti zanzare già presente in camera e non siamo stati attaccati. Quindi consiglio di utilizzarlo sin da subito.
Purtroppo il centro di Palermo è rumoroso, quindi dormendo con le finestre aperte non si può pretendere la tranquillità di una casa di campagna.
Se siete sensibili a ciò, chiudete le finestra e accendete il climatizzatore.
Nel complesso consiglio la struttura in quanto situata in pieno centro.

Angela our host and property owner was amazing.
Her hospitality and goodwill was “stupendo” and so was she “tutto stupendo”
Breakfast was abundent. she baked a fresh torte every day which went well with her Mama’s jam.

An economical B&B overlooking a pedestrian street filled with bars, cafes, quality shops and great people watching. Angela is a gregarious host who works hard to accommodate her guests. Rooms are simply furnished but immaculate. Angela's local knowledge and tips are excellent - from transport options and costs to local restaurants. Her breakfasts are abundant as is her energy.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Amelie due notti la scorsa settimana. Scelto per la posizione e le ottime recensioni è stato sopra le nostre aspettative!
Da via Princ di Belmonte, tranquilla e signorile, si visita tutto il centro di Palermo a piedi, Angela, che gestisce personalmente il b&b, è eccezionale, si entra subito in empatia e ci si sente davvero suoi ospiti.
I suoi consigli sono stati utilissimi, le colazioni superlative, la stanza ottima.
Rimane la voglia di tornare presto.

Angela makes you feel totally at home. The location is really a 10 and so is her amazing breakfast. She offers the human touch hardly found anywhere else. Quality/price is overwhelmingly in your favor.
Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. There is also staff at breakfast so you are truly treated like a guest.

We were very pleased by the extremely familiar atmosphere, especially the possibility of interesting talking during the breakfast with the host and the guests. We got help in anything we were asking her about. So we were really sad to leave after a week. One of Angela's, the host's, specialities is baking: we got every morning another fresh, excellent cake!
She is fluent in four languages: Italian, English, Spanish, German!
The rooms are really stylish and on the balconies grow flowers.

Estuvimos en semana santa de este año y a parte del caos de buscar a última hora el vuelo, nos recomendaron éste alojamiento y es absolutamente perfecto. Recomiendo a todos los viajantes que deseen una preciosa habitación, una perfecta ubicación en el centro de Palermo, un magnifico desayuno, la limpieza y por último y no menos importante, quiero mencionar la simpatía, cariño y atención con que nos trató Ángela y sobretodo a mi hija, que tuvo que quedarse unos días más en la habitación. Muchísimas gracias por todo, realmente merece la pena detenerse en éste rincón del precioso Palermo.
