The B&B Cubbaita is located just a few steps away from the historic center in a quiet area that is well connected to Palermo and Trapani airports, as well as Palermo train station. This area has a wide selection of excellent restaurants and wine bars. Just a few hundred meters away, you will find the marina and the small harbor known as "cala", a charming natural inlet and the original port of the city where today some fishing boats and numerous sailing boats are moored. You can also visit the nearby Foro Italico, a large green area overlooking the sea.
Sehr gute Lage am Hafen als Ausgangspunkt zu Fähren- oder Kreuzfahrten. Schöne, ruhige Zimmer. Teatro Massimo ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

B&B con camere ben ristrutturate anche se in sottotetto con solo degli abbaini (anche se regolati elettricamente). Bella posizione centrale a poco più di 500 metri dal Teatro Massimo. Gestore gentile anche se un poco latitante (si è visto solo la mattinata della partenza). Il parcheggio, nel caso di macchina a noleggio, può presentare qualche difficoltà (noi fortunatamente non ne abbiamo avute), perché riferito solo ad un parcheggio pubblico lungo la via stabile, peraltro gratuito. Colazione non il massimo perché convenzionata con un bar a circa 100 metri dal B&B.

Misleading info rebreakfast on site photos depicted fruit etc and guests were said to ‘love abundant breakfast’ The reality was a croissant and a cup of coffee 3blocks away
Otherwise this property was very attractive so it seemed a shame that this aspect was disappointing.

The room is in a central location, very close to the Teatro Massimo. It was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Salvatore was a great host, who warmly received us, even after having a delayed arrival. The communication was great and he gave us all the important information plus some nice recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Very friendly and nice service. I would definitely come back. Fully recommended!

Cubbaita B&B ottima collocazione in posizione molto vicina al luogo delle mie riunioni lavorative ed al centro di Palermo. Nota negativa (parzialmente) la prima colazione presso un bar molto affollato e che concede al massimo un cornetto (o una pasta dolce) ed un caffè… molto grave per chi, come me, ha limitazioni con lo zucchero e deve fare una colazione abbondante per assumere dei farmaci.
Se Cubbaita cambiasse almeno il bar per le colazioni, avrebbe sicuramente pieni voti.

We only stayed one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful place. The location was excellent, and we had a very good and tasteful breakfast. This was provided by a voucher to the Frisku Cafe. Above all, we appreciated the help and sympathy of Salvatore. Thank you!

Camera pulita e ben organizzata, silenziosa. Il gestore è molto disponibile e mette a disposizione diverse comodità per gli ospiti. La colazione viene servita presso un bar vicino ed è molto buona. L'unica cosa che segnalo è la mancanza di appendini sufficienti per i teli del bagno, visto che ce ne era solo uno per tre ospiti.

La struttura corrisponde pienamente alle attese. È molto bella, nuova, molto pulita e accogliente. La camera è spaziosa e molto luminosa. Il gestore professionale è stato molto disponibile per tutte le nostre esigenze. L'accoglienza e il check out sono fatti con attenzione e c'è stata da parte della struttura massima disponibilità a farci lasciare i bagagli. Può migliorare sicuramente il servizio della colazione, che da un po' di tempo non è più servita in struttura ma viene dato un buono per una bar nelle vicinanze con prodotti buoni ma con un servizio anonimo. Consumare la colazione in struttura ti farebbe sentire ancora di più a casa. Migliorare questo aspetto la farebbe diventare la struttura di eccellenza. Siamo stati molto bene e soddisfatti della scelta. Da consigliare agli amici. Grazie.

B&B eccellente. Interni rinnovati di ottima qualità e di estrema pulizia. Acqua e caffè a disposizione. In un quartiere a poca distanza dal centro, relativamente tranquillo ma con diversi bar e ristoranti a breve distanza. Gestore gentilissimo e molto simpatico, prodigo di utili indicazioni e consigli. Unico neo: la colazione non in struttura, bensì in un bar vicino dove si viene accolti con freddezza e poca cortesia.

Really enjoyed my stay in Palermo. The host was checking on me periodically making sure everything is good. Breakfast was at the cafe close by and I have tried their croissants, desserts, and sandwiches which were all fresh and delicious. The pass for breakfast covers one item and a coffee, which was sufficient. The room was clean and cozy.

Posizione buona, vicina al centro storico.

Apprezzabile la possibilità di deposito bagagli dopo il check-out.
Peccato per la colazione: 1 cosa da bere + 1 da mangiare (dolce/salata) presso un bar abbastanza vicino al B&B ma non particolarmente degno di nota e con servizio un po' deludente.

Nous sommes adeptes des maisons d'hôtes pour le partage avec les propriétaires. Néanmoins cette fois-ci peu de partage, un petit déjeuner médiocre sous-traité à un café situé à 300 mètres (nous avions le droit à une boisson chaude et une pâtisserie, ça fait peu pour un petit déjeuner de B&B).
Pour les points positifs: bonne tenue de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Pièces spacieuses.
Bon emplacement du B&B.
Bon à savoir: si vous venez en voiture, la bonne nouvelle c'est qu'il y a un parking, mais il vous faudra débourser 15 euros par jour.

Bellissimo soggiorno a cavallo del capodanno sono stato benissimo in questo b&b, la disponibilità del gestore e la pulizia inappuntabile.
Lo stabile necessità di qualche manutenzione ma il b&b cubbaita internamente è ristrutturato a nuovo con gusto.
La colazione bisogna andare al bar esterno con una pasticceria ben fornita.
