The single-family house, very bright and welcoming, is located in the historical center just a few steps away from the central Piazza Matrice and the Sanctuary of Maria SS. Annunziata. With a total area of approximately 50 m2, it is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase and is ideal for host 1 to 4 people. Completely renovated, it is equipped with all comforts.
On the ground floor, there is the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is the living area with a kitchen and a peninsula, as well as a spacious living room with a dining area and a sofa bed for two people.
The house also has dedicated digital services for smart working (stable, fast, and reliable Wi-Fi connections in all rooms and a workstation with LAN connection in the living room) and is ideal for workation activities, which allow for a perfect combination of remote work and relaxation.

The village-center is well served with bars, pizzerias, and restaurants where you can taste all the local products and typical dishes of the local cuisine.

Thanks to its geographical location, Fiumedinisi is the ideal location to visit all the gems of Eastern Sicily (Messina, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Mount Etna, Catania, Syracuse), part of the Tyrrhenian Sicily, and the Aeolian Islands.

Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend a Fiumenedisi in occasione della sagra "Capricci d'Autunno". L'host, Marco, a cui mando un ringraziamento, è stato molto gentile. L'appartamento, situato a due passi dalla piazza principale, è molto pulito, curato ed economico. Nonostante la colazione non fosse inclusa nella tariffa, Marco ci ha lasciato la colazione pronta con caffè, fette biscottate, marmellate e paste di mandorla. Siamo stati ospiti nella struttura di Marco e la mamma Helga due persone molto gentili e disponibili. Le camere dove abbiamo alloggiato ben rifinite e pulite, bagno spazioso e doccia ben funzionale. Abbiamo seguito alcuni consigli utili che ci ha proposto Marco per visitare il posto ed arrivare nella zona parco naturale, tutto molto interessante. Per la prima colazione c’è un bar in piazza dove abbiamo gustato delle granite ottime accompagnate da squisite brioche. Ci ritornerei sicuramente per visitare la zona della Sicilia in cui siamo stati ed anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Translate this text

Casa Santoro is run on a family level. Our guests will be welcomed by Helga (main host and owner of the house) and Marco, his son (co-host, reception, and back-office).

The peculiarity and purpose of our services are to make guests feel "at home even on vacation", representing the territory and its typicality with the personality and warmth typical of private hosts.

Our offer is not intended to compete with the already hospitality proposal of Agriturismo and local Bed & Breakfast establishments but aims to be an alternative and complementary option, targeting a group of people who prefer to spend their holidays using the spaces, amenities, and comforts of a house and enjoy more autonomy, flexibility, discretion, and independence.

Our concept of hospitality and accommodation allows those who choose extra-urban, green, slow, and sustainable tourism in small and peaceful resort areas to experience firsthand, like a resident, the artistic heritage, history, culture, popular traditions, and rhythms of our territory and its surroundings.
