The apartment is located 150 meters from the magnificent fine sand beach and the Pietrenere promenade in Pozzallo. The most beautiful beaches in South-Eastern Sicily (Santa Maria del Focallo, Punta Cirica, Porto Ulisse), the Island of Currents where the Mediterranean and Ionian seas meet, the Island of Porto Palo di Capo Passero, and the natural reserves of Vendicari and Plemmirio are just a few minutes away by car (about 20/30 minutes).

The historic cities (Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Palazzolo Acreide, Noto, Syracuse with the splendid Ortigia) recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites can be reached in half an hour by car.

The not-to-be-missed day trip is the visit to Mount Etna, called "A Muntagna" in Sicilian.
