The house is located in a residential tourist village consisting of small houses, each with 4/5 units. The village, with its white-grey houses, leans on the slope of a hill that declines towards the sea (resembling, with a bird's eye view, a white Heron that has just landed).

All the small houses have access to a network of streets, with lots of greenery from the surrounding gardens, which all lead to a central road that leads to the sea.

The village is less than two kilometers away from Gioiosa Marea and about 5 kilometers away from Brolo.

The many villages that arise on the surrounding hills all carry out intense tourist activities in the summer: festivals, fairs, outdoor shows, cinema, theater, etc.
