Nicely decorated spacious room with good facilities for cooking food if needed. Plenty of storage space for clothes too. The balcony was a bit small and the size of the shutters made it even smaller, but nice to have one to hang out washing and watch the world go by. The flat is on the first floor in a narrow old town street, no cars and quiet - only a few minutes walk from the main street with all the restaurants and the harbour. The door to the street was a bit tricky to close as there was no handle or knob.

Situata in posizione strategica, praticamente a marina corta, alla fine della via principale, dove si possono trovare negozi e ristoranti, proprio sopra la miglior pasticceria di Lipari, il proprietario è persona gentilissima e disponibile, rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente, bellissima vacanza, tornerò. Abbiamo soggiornato presso uno dei monolocali messi a disposizione del gestore. Monolocale completo di tutto, pulizia buona, molto confortevole. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e soddisfatti ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliamo questa struttura a coloro i quali vogliono risparmiare non rinunciando alla comodità, infatti questa struttura si trova vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min.
