Super convenient for a short stay... Central, clean, the only issue we had- parking place, be ready to give the key to the attendant, 1 night and half day costs 29e (I see it a bit expensive), but still better than street parking in Catania, otherwise, highly recommend.

Valutazione purtroppo bassa. Arrivati in camera c'era un forte odore come di disinfettante/alcool abbastanza fastidioso. Pensando fosse solo un metodo di pulizia un po' aggressivo non gli abbiamo dato molto peso. Sistemate le valige siamo usciti per un giro e cena. Al nostro ritorno la sorpresa, un'odore di urina imbarazzante al bagno. Abbiamo capito che il disinfettante era solo stato utilizzato per pulire in modo sommario e coprire l'odore. Non mi sembra corretto dare una camera in quelle condizioni soprattutto ad una famiglia con tre bimbi piccoli. La reception chiude alle 19,30 e il giorno dopo hanno negato di sapere del problema, fatto sta che comunque il problema c'è stato e il soggiorno è stato sgradevole. Ottima struttura. Ubicazione eccellente per chi vuole visitare il centro di Catania. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggiare (a pochissima distanza dalla struttura), in regime di convenzione. Ho soggiornato una notte presso questo b&b. Consiglio ai gestori di: aggiornare le foto delle camere (almeno la mia Casta Diva non rispecchiava le foto presenti online), fare qualche controllo nelle camere (nella mia c'era l'anta della porta del bagno che stava per cadere, la finestra del bagno idem). Per il resto tutto bene: b&b che si trova in ottima posizione, attraversi la strada è sei in Villa Bellini, così come è a 3 min a piedi dal piazza Duomo, colazione ni. Cornetti ottimi, torte no. Personale gentile ed efficiente. La struttura si trova in centro, vicinissima a ristoranti e diverse mete turistiche. Non è disponibile il parcheggio in struttura ma si trova facilmente nei dintorni. Offre una serie di convenzioni interessanti. Translate this text

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida struttura grazie al BONUS VACANZE, ho trovato un personale gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta e a rispondere ad ogni mia domanda. Veramente un ottimo servizio. Abbiamo dormito nella camera "desiderio", molto spaziosa, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un divano/letto con vista sul parco Bellini; la camera presenta inoltre un corridoio che da sulla porta e a muro un altro divano/letto. Il bagno è molto grande e i materassi comodi. Ma la parte più bella del nostro soggiorno è stata la colazione: eccezionale! Tre diverse torte (ogni giorno abbiamo trovato qualcosa di diverso), cannoli, brioche, succhi, formaggio, affettati, pane, marmellate, yogurt, frutta ecc. La colazione è a buffet ma, verrà servita da un gentilissimo ragazzo che vi preparerà tutto quello che vorrete. Avevo paura che viaggiando con un "bonus vacanze" avrei ricevuto un trattamento diverso e invece sono stata davvero benissimo, tutto perfetto. La stanza era spaziosa e accogliente. Pulitissima. La colazione offre una buona scelta di dolci e salato. La struttura si trova su una delle più importanti strade di Catania, da cui si raggiungono, a piedi, i principali monumenti e attrazioni culturali della città.
