Evoca wasn't just a stay, it was an experience. Perched on a hilltop, the views of Ragusa Ibla are simply breathtaking. Add to that charming, unique accommodations, a delicious breakfast spread, and a host who couldn't be more helpful, and you've got a recipe for perfection. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, breakfast was rich and delicious! The host is very kind and friendly! The view from the room and from the breakfast terrace was breathtaking! We definitely recommend the hotel!

Pepé went above and beyond to please the guests. He showed us where to park our car, then drove us to the front door. He made an excellent breakfast and delicious coffee (any coffee you want) and gave us directions as to where to go sightseeing. If my wife and I could stay here every night we would. As an added bonus, the city of Ragusa was beautiful, safe and clean. Evoca was the best place we have stayed at in our month long holiday. It was tastefully appointed and very comfortable. And the price was unbelievably inexpensive.

Absolutely stunning property and a wonderful host. Pepe made our stay a memorable one. His restaurant recommendations were great. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the breakfast terrace were spectacular. The room was spotless and beautifully renovated. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

One of the very best B&B we have stayed at. The room was very well designed, spacious, clean & comfortable. Peppe is a wonderful host, he made us very welcome & provided a very special breakfast each morning including sweets & treats that he made himself. He was also helpful in recommending places to visit & advising us about tours & events in Ragusa. Peppe & his Mama helped us with our luggage. We had a wonderful stay at Evoca & would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again Peppe.

Il soggiorno nella struttura è stato molto piacevole; la camera ed il bagno, incastonati nelle pareti di roccia, sono arredati con oggetti di design; è presente il frigobar e una dotazione di vino e bicchieri in cristallo. Presente A. C. e TV. Nessuna concessione alla "plastica". Una magnifica terrazza panoramica ci ha accolto per la colazione (ottima con prodotti km. 0) e per il relax. Fiero, da bravo siculo, di avere un conterraneo capace di ideare una struttura elegante quanto funzionale. La gestione, poi, per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la professionalità, è al Top! La colazione? Beh, mix perfetto di bontà, scelta ed originalità (il the alla menta, rigorosamente "nature", buonissimo!) E poi... dulcis in fundo... Struttura bellissima, frutto di un sapiente ed accurato lavoro di restauro; camere spaziose dotate di ogni confort, letti con materassi e cuscini comodissimi, bagni con roccia a vista. Spettacolare la terrazza sul tetto dove, oltre a godere della vista sui tetti di Ibla si consuma la prima colazione, vera esperienza sensoriale, gioia per gli occhi e il palato. Gelo di mandorla, di pistacchio e di cannella, youghurt fatto in casa, cannoli, frutta, mandorle, salumi, formaggi e olive locali, pomodori, latte di mandorla (anche al pistacchio), tè freddo. Peppe, il gestore, ci ha accolto con grande calore e professionalità, coccolandoci per quattro giorni con grande garbo, senza mai essere invadente. Un grazie anche alla mamma di Peppe, che prima della partenza ci ha accompagnato al parcheggio, signora dolcissima con la quale abbiamo conversato amabilmente. Torneremo. Grazie e a presto. Evoca è un gioiello incastonato in una città meravigliosa. Qui abbiamo gustato colazioni fantastiche fatte di prodotti homemade di altissima qualità, dormito In lenzuola raffinate in una camera elegante e pulitissima, abbiamo seguito i perfetti consigli di Giuseppe per visitare i luoghi, le spiagge, i ristoranti. Evoca was born after four years of restoration, which was carried out with respect for the local architecture and materials. The main features of our B&B are the stunning panoramic views and the rocks, both of which we have highlighted by paying attention to every single detail.
