The Ibla Baroque structure is located near the Church of Itria and Palazzo Cosentini, which showcases imaginative corbels with grotesque figures and mascarons among the most beautiful in Ragusa. In the underlying Republic Square rises the Church of the Holy Souls of Purgatory at the top of a scenic staircase. The bell tower has foundations on the ancient Byzantine walls. Inside are preserved the paintings, at the main altar, of the "Souls in Purgatory" by Francesco Manno and at the side altars the "Madonna of the Rosary" by Antonino Manno and the "Holy Family" by Tommaso Pollaci. Around Republic Square there are restaurants and bars where you can relax. Additionally, at Republic Square there is a bus stop that takes you both to the Iblei Gardens and to the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Ragusa Alta.

The b&b is located within 5 minutes walk to Piazza della Repubblica, and within 15 minutes walk to one of the many historical center. The property is newly remodeled, comfortable, and has gorgeous views of Ibla. The owner is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful.

After studying in Italy and Belgium, I decided to return to Sicily to start some businesses in my hometown. With years of experience in organizing study vacations and accompanying groups of students to Britain and Ireland, I decided to open an English school, followed by a B&B in Ragusa Ibla. Additionally, I hold a license as a tour guide to accompany groups of adult foreigners both in Italy and abroad. I have always enjoyed the tourism sector, and I am very helpful and enjoy being in contact with people.
