Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, peccato per la colazione. Dicono che ci siano cornetti freschi, fette biscottate e altro, ma in realtà c'è solo succo di frutta, cornetti confezionati, latte e una capsula per il caffè. Tuttavia, la struttura è pulitissima e di nuova costruzione. L'host è gentilissimo e simpatico, anche se un po' chiacchierone, ma ci sta. Translate this text

I will start by saying that although I have scored above, I did not stay at the property for the following reasons. I could not submit the review without scoring as required. My booking was not honored. The owner, Alfonso was supposed to meet me at the bus station when I arrived but instead he sent someone else who was taking me to a different accommodation. When I asked, she then contacted him and he made excuses (on the phone) of why the room I had booked was not available at this B & B. Would an honest person not come to explain what was happening? He never came to explain so I don't believe his excuse that there some problem with "water". Would you expect a person (female on her own) arriving in a new city late evening to just accept accommodation at a B&B they did not book, without any prior warning, and being taken to that accommodation by a stranger? He had all my contact details to advise me but he did not. Needless to say I decided not to stay at the substandard accommodation offered and I found another place to stay, even though it was late evening. I would say the owner, Alfonso is dishonest and unreliable, if you want to make sure your booking is secured, and dont want to be left stranded with poor accommodation when you arrive late in the evening in a new city, then DONT book at this B & B. An honest person would have come to deal with the situation face to face with the client if there really was an issue.

Struttura molto pulita in elegante stabile centrale. Accoglienza generosa dei gestori e colazione in camera varia. Angolo caffè in corridoio comodo, con utilizzo di piccolo frigo. Nel complesso ottima struttura da consigliare. Translate this text

La struttura situata al 5° piano di un grosso stabile è pulita e ben accogliente. L'ospitalità è stata molto buona. Il B&B è vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e dei pullman che ti mettono in comunicazione con tutta la Sicilia ed oltre. Note dolenti da migliorare: 1. Attraverso le pareti si sentiva ciò che si dicevano dall'altro lato. 2. La connessione alla rete senza fili è bassa e non ha permesso l'utilizzo del PC. Translate this text

Il B&B è davvero accogliente. Arredato bene e soprattutto molto pulito. Inoltre la posizione è ottima in quanto in venti minuti sei in centro e in più essendo vicinissimo alla stazione è servito benissimo da ogni mezzo di trasporto.
