Rates notes

The rate for one night refers to the studio for two people, and it is "all inclusive".

The weekly rate refers to the various apartments, and includes the cost of bed linen and towels, final cleaning and utilities for 2 persons (extra persons 15 € per person per week. Children less then 3 years free).

Preferred weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday) in the months of July and August.

Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more.

Our holiday home is located in at Sampieri district of Scicli a stone's throw from the local beaches and lido facilities ('Spiaggia di Sampieri ovest'. . .) in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "Alficodindia" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.
Surroundings
Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Close by our guests will find several monuments and famous places.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, if you're looking to spend time in untouched nature.

Our guests can take advantage of en-suite bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, guests are free to return at any time of night, car park, parking space, a landscaped garden, kitchenette, large terrace.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e rilassante. È possibile raggiungere la spiaggia in un paio di minuti a piedi. La struttura si trova un po' distaccata dal paese così da poter godere del silenzio e della tranquillità. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di visitare le meravigliose Scicli, Modica e Ragusa Ibla. Struttura adatta alle famiglie, pulita, peccato per tutti i volatili che nidificano sul tetto che ostacolano l'uso del terrazzo. Attrezzata con l'occorrente. Forse qualche asciugamano in più. Translate this text

Abbiamo passato una settimana ottima nell'appartamento Salvia con la nostra bimba di dieci mesi. La struttura è vicinissima al mare e a una piccola spiaggia, poco frequentata nonostante fosse agosto, che abbiamo sempre raggiunto a piedi. I proprietari sono sempre stati molto gentili con noi. L'appartamento era piccolo ma fornito di tutto e ben areato, non abbiamo sentito il caldo. Sampieri si raggiunge in un minuto. Era proprio quello che cercavamo. Translate this text

Bel posto, immerso nel verde, col mare davanti, al sole. È stato il luogo ideale per la nostra vacanza invernale. A Scicli abbiamo visto la splendida sfilata dei cavalli infiorati per la Cavalcata di S. Giuseppe. D'inverno a Scicli, Modica, Ibla, Noto, non mancano eventi tradizionali, feste, teatri, concerti.
