In a quiet street with parking. On the 4th floor with elevator.
Very hard bed and electrical appliances a bit shaky. Clean with adequate towels and free coffee machine, tea etc. Small fridge very noisy though.

Il Signor Paolo è stato molto gentile: ci ha accolto con cortesia e ci ha illustrato i principali monumenti della città, consigliando anche i mezzi di trasporto con cui eventualmente raggiungerli e ristoranti dove mangiare.

The property was good. However, I would say I would never use Bed-and-Breakfast. it again. The web site repeatedly asked me to inform the arrival time, so I tried to do that, but the only messaging icon I found on the web site for the existing reservation actually made another, unnecessary reservation, which costed me additional euros. The correct way of informing the arrival time turned out to be the SMS with the telephone number shown from the telephone icon. However, for me, the telephone icon should be used for making actual voice talks, rather than a message. The UX needs to be improved. I would use a competitor's service for such booking in the future.

È un appartamento con stanze grandi, rifinito in maniera semplice, ma accogliente, pulito, silenzioso e confortevole, cucina a disposizione, utilizzata per il primo caffè. La posizione è decisamente strategica (adiacente al Teatro Massimo) e da lì a piedi è stato possibile visitare a piedi tutto il centro, Via Maqueda e i quartieri caratteristici (Vucciria, Ballarò, Borgo Vecchio, la Cala). Sono capitato nei giorni della nascita di Libero, il figlio di Paolo il titolare, che giustamente era preso dall'evento più bello del mondo e con cui ci siamo sentiti solo a telefono per le istruzioni del caso; comunque era presente il papà di Paolo, persona dolce e ospitale. Spero di ritornarci.

We used "bonus vacanze" and the owner has raised the price for 50€ over their normal price (which is quite high for what is offered - we did find places not far from there at 33€ less per day!). Rooms are a bit spartan, but it's quite clean, zone is really central, but there is no parking (they say: free parking on the street) if you don't follow some strict rules. Owner is willing to help and tell you some things to see or where to eat, depending on what you need.

Consiglio di soggiornare in questo B&B nel caso foste indecisi..i gestori, una coppia molto alla mano e sorridente, ci hanno accolto benissimo e dato ottime indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è abbastanza nuova e ben arredata, c'è pure una grande cucina con tutto il necessario per consumare (nel caso) i propri pasti in loco. Gli ambienti puliti e ordinati, la sera quando tornavamo c'era anche il letto fatto! Non me lo sarei mai aspettato! Molto gentili! Il bagno, privato, era fornito di asciugamani, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon..insomma di tutto. Acqua calda sempre disponibile. La strada sotto il B&B molto molto tranquilla, anche se appena dietro l'angolo (a 100m c. a.), il centro storico è alla portata di mano..noi abbiamo girato tutta la città a piedi grazie alla sua vicinanza a tutte le zone più belle di Palermo. Anche la navetta da/per l'aeroporto è a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi direi posizione comoda per diversi motivi. Non vi resta dunque che prenotare e godervi la città.
