Hi, My name is Serena and I run the B&B together with my family.
For years I have been involved in both hospitality and environmental education. And I am also the author of the book "L'orto dei bimbi", dedicated to gardens with children, which has sold more than 8000 copies.
I love to cook and I pay attention to sustainability in every action I take, especially in the kitchen. For guests, when I can, I prepare homemade bread, jams and cakes for breakfast, all organic.
I also prepare dinners or lunches in the garden, using biodynamic vegetables from my partner's farm, Sante.
I try to bring environmental education also to the B&B and so, upon request, I can dedicate myself to Cooking classes on ancient Sicilians grains or local preparations.
